Andrea & Madhu took over Vermilion Restaurant on Lexington Avenue for Day One of their wedding celebrations. They had a full Indian ceremony and reception and then a complete Western ceremony and reception the following day ~ @ Cipriani 42nd Street.
The ceremony was in the main hall of Cipriani, ( the former Bowery Savings Bank from the 1920's) with monumental 65ft high ceilings, huge columns and arches.
Preparation pictures were at a suite at The Waldorf Astoria and we did some great shots in the lobby of the hotel before taking more shots of the couple and bridal party inside Cipriani.
Towards the end of the night we took the couple out onto 42nd Street for some fun shots around the area.

Wild & windy @ The Lighthouse @ Chelsea Piers
Cori & James' wild and windy wedding at The Lighthouse in Chelsea Piers !
The bride got ready at her parents waterfront house in Ct and we did some cool fashion-y portraits of her and the bridesmaids around the property.
The ceremony and reception were all at The Lighthouse ~ where we've shot many many times and always enjoy. We took pictures afterwards in the wind, with the Hudson River and red walls of the lighthouse itself as a background !
Great , crazy & fun bride & groo, , wedding party and family....which made it easy for us to get some great shots...

Wedding @ The Chelsea Art Tower GLASSHOUSES with celebrity planner Shawn Rabideau..
Beautiful wedding at the Chelsea Arts Tower space GLASSHOUSES ~ with celebrity planner Shawn Rabideau of Shawn Rabideau Events. (He was the planner featured on the hit reality show "Bethenny Getting Married". !)
The bride got ready in a suite at The Gansevorrt Hotel , with hair and make-up by the team from
Gloss & Glam . We met up with the groom and wedding party at the roof top Pool Lounge for pictures inside and on the wrap around verandah. We then took everyone down to the street for pictures on the cobble-stones of The Meat Packing District and caused quite a stir !
The wedding was as the sun set over the Hudson River on the 21st Floor of the Glass Houses space, with 180 degree views of Manhattan.
The couple danced the night away to a DJ at the chic reception and we ended the night with some fun shots of them outside, as rows of yellow cabs whizzed by....

Blue Hill Farm County Chic Wedding
Heather & Chris's wedding was on a hot summers day in August @ the fabulous Blue Hill Farm, near Tarrytown NY. This is a large working organic farm and the bride got ready in the converted barn tower.
The couple wanted a 'Country Chic' feel to the wedding, so we bought an antique camera and an old 1950's bike along with us, to use as props! The groom ( an Art Director) made the signs, designed the invitations and place cards and bought along vintage chalk boards for guest to be photographed with written messages.
We used as much of the gorgeous venue as possible, taking the couple up into the sunflower fields and taking the family shots in front of the old barn door.
