After a church ceremony we took pictures in and around the Bethesda Fountain area in Central Park. The bride walked barefoot all the way back to the reception indoor and outdoor at the Boathouse.

New York Central Park Boathouse Wedding

Cool " HinJew " Wedding in January @ The United Nations
We just shot a really cool wedding, that the Bride decided to name her "HINJEW" Wedding !
Lisa & Manu chose the Chapel at the United Nations in New York for their very unusual ceremony, uniting their Hindu & Jewish families !
The couple cleverly celebrated the many similarities of the Hindu & Jewish wedding traditions and the officiant pointed out the many cross-overs. A beautiful Huppa was erected, and we were permitted into the pulpit to get some great shots shooting from above. Garlands were used from the Hindu faith and elements of both faiths were represented beautifully. The UN was really the perfect place for the Wedding..
The reception was held in The Boathouse in Central Park against the backdrop of the frozen Boating Lake, with the buildings of New York twinkling in the background. We even convinced the bride & groom to come outside into the sub-zero temperatures for some great shots by the Lake.
